Brad was licensed as an agent in 2005 and an associate broker in 2019. He received a bachelor of science degree in management with a concentration in accounting and finance from the University of Phoenix in 2007. In 2009, Brad graduated from Arizona State University with a master of science degree in real estate development. He is a seasoned, highly successful commercial real estate advisor with a broad range of skills including the acquisition, financing, sales, and development of various commercial asset types including office, retail, industrial, self-storage, car wash, multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use properties.

Brad has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry handling multiple transactions totaling over $200 million. With proven experience managing complex transactions, Brad utilizes effective problem solving, communication, and analytical skills while working with all parties to foster a team environment.

Brad specializes in marketing, contract negotiation, tenant representation, acquisition due diligence, project financing, disposition strategies, feasibility studies, project capitalization, broker selection, market and competition analysis, joint venture structuring, industry networking, investment analysis, real estate financial modeling, pre-development activities, lease review and abstracting, and closing process facilitation. 

Nathan earned his first license as an agent in 2001 and his broker license in 2004. Since graduating from ASU in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in business management, Nathan has successfully operated as the owner and designated broker of RE Options throughout the cycle of good and bad real estate markets.

Additionally, Nathan earned his juris doctorate degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2018 and is licensed as a real estate and business attorney in Arizona through Westlyn Law.

His specialties include consultation services, contract representation, residential purchasing and sales, land purchasing and sales, land development, builder representation, short sale negotiations, and trustee sale auction services.

Nathan has been recognized as a multi-million-dollar real estate producer and has held specialized designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Land Sales Specialist (CLSS), and Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSP).

Jon provides years of corporate world investment, development, design, and building experience from his 15 years as the vice president of a local franchise corporation. Since joining CRE Options in 2008, his consulting knowledge and expertise provide our clients a valuable resource when evaluating and potentially broadening their real estate portfolios.

Greg has over 30 years of experience working with real estate developers, business owners, and investors in both the public and private sectors. As a former redevelopment director for two large Arizona cities, Greg’s experience includes complex real estate deals between real estate developers and the city, recruiting businesses to relocate to the valley and assisting them through the necessary city and municipal approval processes.

As a commercial real estate advisor and consultant, Greg specializes in retail sales and leasing, tenant representation, land sales, and working with municipalities and non-profit organizations.

Dustyn Broyles joined the CRE Options team as the marketing director in 2019. As the director of marketing, Dustyn oversees the strategy, budget, and execution of all marketing efforts at CRE Options. Some of her favorite projects include creating flyers for each of the properties and managing the team's social media presence.

Dustyn is an Arizona native and loves living in Mesa with her family. She and her husband, Brad, have six children. They enjoy going to the park, attending sporting events, and vacationing at the beach.
